That's what a coach is for! Sometimes, all we need is a person to be our accountability partner. Someone to help us stick to our plan and give us the proper guidance and knowledge to set us up for success. That's where I come in.
I don't believe in strict meal plans. I don't believe in giving up favorite foods. This approach definitely works for many, but it's not my thing. I do believe in finding a balance. You will learn how to make your diet fit your life, not just your macros.
